Sports Nutrition
At PRIME, we offer customized dietary programs to help adult athletes improve their performance and recovery through nutrition.
What is the sports nutrition program?
Are you training for an endurance event or train at the gym but don’t see the results that you expect despite all your efforts? Confused on how to fuel your body pre-workout, intra-workout or after a workout to enhance your performance and recovery? Overwhelmed by the fitness and supplement industry and spending a lot of money on supplements and shakes?
By enrolling in our Sports Nutrition Program, we will learn about your current training and dietary habits/food preferences and develop a personalized nutrition plan that will allow you to eat well, to feel well, while also enhancing your performance both on and off the field. We don’t believe in diets that are often restrictive and not sustainable long term or wasting money on supplements and protein shakes. We work with your dietary preferences and goals to create a nutrition protocol to help you reach your goals.
The Sports Nutrition Program includes a personalized dietary program, and guidance on what and how to eat depending on your specific performance goals. We also can collaborate with your trainer or coach to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Am I a good candidate for the sports nutrition program?
This program is ideal for those interested in improving their sports performance and recovery whether it’s on the field, in the gym, or working out at home.
